Babar Awan responsible for Swiss case summaries: Maula Baksh Chandio

ISLAMABAD: Addressing journalists at the Parliament House, Federal Minister for Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs Maula Baksh Chandio said that he is responsible only for those summaries presented to the PM which have been sent to him during his tenure as federal law minister, DawnNews reported on Tuesday.

The law minister while expressing his grievances with the former federal law minister, has said that Babar Awan and Law Secretary Masood Chishti are responsible for the summaries sent to the prime minister, on the basis of which the PM had decided not to pursue the re-opening of  Swiss graft cases involving President Asif Ali Zardari.

He added that he had not been asked to opine regarding sending any letter to the Swiss authorities.
